"Strategic Innovation Management" Program
Some
background ...
This is a
three-day residential program for managers leading a growth or
innovation initiative within their organisation.
The
consistent message we hear from organisations is there is no
shortage of creative ideas within organisations. What typically
holds back innovation or growth initiatives are issues relating to
strategic thinking, commercial acumen and change management
skills.
This
program therefore focuses on developing these capabilities.
It combines academically rigorous learning with practical
tools and techniques which can be immediately applied to the
workplace.
This is a
new initiative which MGSM is partnering with BRW. I'm told
that MGSM is the only business school in Australia with a
short-course program designed specifically to address these skills
within an innovation context.
