Allan Ryan is an educator and facilitator who enables organisations, both in Australia and internationally, to deliver real competitive advantage through innovation. He works across all sectors, private and public, small and large, to ensure that accelerated performance and increased shareholder value are the results of an organisation's innovation effort.

Allan’s experience spans fast-moving consumer goods, building, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, paper industry, telecommunications, government and service companies. He provides consulting and coaching advice on organisation-wide growth and performance initiatives. 

His research, teaching and consulting work at both the Australian Technology Park in Sydney and Australian Graduate School of Management has resulted in the development of ‘The Quest for Growth’ Program, the Managed Innovation Organisation Audit, Dimensional Thinking, GATE ZERO^® methodology for new product development and the Five Star Meeting Program.

He is an accredited trainer in idea and innovation methodologies and is regularly sought after as a Keynote Speaker presenting ‘The Quest for Growth’ and its application to organisations, teams and individuals.

Vikram Murthy joins MII as principal associate, with a proven track record in senior leadership mentoring, organisational transformation and enterprise incubation, and growth. He will augment its service offerings and intellectual property in the areas of leadership, strategic management, and sustainability. He will also work with the senior leadership in its client organisations to enable them identify and shape future opportunities.    

 Vikram has over twenty five years’ of ownership, board executive, senior management, and independent consultancy experience in the high-technology, retail, and not-for-profit community sectors in a number of countries, including the USA, UAE, Oman and New Zealand. His employers, principals and clients have included Mennen Medical in the US, members of the royal family in the Sultanate of Oman, Hewlett Packard - MEA, and ministries and local councils in New Zealand.

He has a Bachelor (Honours) in Electronics and Electrical engineering, a Masters in Management, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Management at the Waikato Management School, in Hamilton, New Zealand, where he also lectures MBA classes in Leadership Transformation, and Entrepreneurship. Vikram presents at international conferences and publishes in refereed journals on leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship and community economic development. He is the current Vice-President of the International Conference of Advances in Management (ICAM), USA.
